Two weeks ago when we made the Spinach and Pancetta Stuffed Shells, we had some leftover Asiago cheese. I found a recipe for Chicken and Bowtie Pasta with Asiago Cream Sauce on allrecipes.com (you can enter an ingredient or a few and it will give you recipes that use them). It reminded me of a dish we had at Carino's and it was definitely restaurant quality.

Another note: Riley loves chocolate! She even has a little chocolate shimmy. She recognizes the Ghirardelli squares and Hershey's Kisses and will come over and "beg" if we are eating one. She usually gets the tip off the Kiss - it must be a chocolate tax.
